WhoSay is the first and largest digital media company powered directly by celebrities. WhoSay works with over 2,000 celebrities and influencers that use WhoSay's invitation only talent app to publish their images, videos and stories each day. With the WhoSay talent app, celebrities can publish directly to their personal social media feeds (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr and Tencent in China), mainstream and emerging media (People.com, Huffington Post and Flipboard) and popular messaging app, Tango in addition to WhoSay.com and WhoSay’s fan app.

WhoSay was co-founded by Steve Ellis and Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles in 2010.

Steve Ellis is CEO and Founder of WhoSay, the first and largest digital media company powered directly by celebrities. WhoSay works with over 2,000 celebrities who use WhoSay’s invitation-only platform and applications to manage their relationship with fans across all social and mainstream media.

WhoSay provides brands with a unique opportunity to reach Superfans across all verticals through authentic celebrity storytelling and a unique combination of content marketing and media targeting. Steve has a history of helping artists to participate directly in the value they create with their content via the use of technology and digital platforms.

Previously, he was founder and CEO of Pump Audio, a music licensing marketplace that connected production and agency buyers in television and advertising with a community of independent musicians. Musicians earned money from the use of their music in TV and advertising, but remained owner of all the rights to their work.

Pump Audio was sold to Getty Images in 2007 and is now the Getty Images Music Division. Prior to starting Pump, Steve was a full time musician who signed recording contracts with independent and major labels. He came to the US from the UK in 1988 to attend the Wharton School of Business, where he earned a BSC in Economics and Management.
